Stillwater Area Baseball Players to Watch – Presented by Stillwater Family Care

Titus Rodgers – Carney 

Rodgers is in his senior year and is an outstanding baseball player. He does a great job of being his best whenever he steps on the field. 

Tré Speer – Glencoe 

Speer is a great kid that is expected to have a big season for Glencoe. 

Briggs Roe – Morrison 

Briggs has been a starter in the middle infield the past two years. He has been one of the team’s top arms on the mound. He is looking to have a big junior season. 

Callen Oldenburg – Mulhall-Orlando 

Oldenburg will rotate between pitcher, catcher, and shortstop. He has a career batting average of .469 with 172 RBI’s. He also had a pitching record of 16-10. 

Kolbe Novotny – Pawnee 

A three-sport athlete, Kolbe will use his athleticism to be a key player for his team this season. 

Tanner Dawes – Perkins-Tryon 

Tanner is a hard worker that is always working to improve his game. He can be depended on to be there when the team needs him. 

Angel Tiscareno – Perry 

The Maroons will look to Tiscareno to have a big season. He is not afraid to put in the work so that he can be at his best. 

Sammy Reece – Yale 

Reece is a senior left fielder that hit .312 last year. He is also an excellent team leader and always has a positive attitude. 

UNDERCLASSMEN TO WATCH 

Sterlin Casey 

Sterlin will be a freshman this season who has the opportunity to play a big role on the team throughout the year not only in the middle infield, but also on the mound. 

Lincoln Oldenburg – Mulhall-Orlando 

Lincoln will look to step up and play a bigger role this season. He brings a lot of potential to the team. 

Cale McPeak – Pawnee 

The freshman is an all-around great kid that loves the game of baseball and it shows everytime he is out on the field. 

Teagan Minney – Yale 

An all-around sophomore utility player, Minney plays catcher, pitcher, and shortstop. 

UNSUNG HEROES 

Kasey Rupp – Morrison 

Kasey is a junior and has been a utility player the past two years. This year, he will carry the same role but spend most of his time behind the plate. 

Jace McAllister – Pawnee 

Jace is one of those guys that does the little things that help his team be successful. 

Logan Britton – Yale 

Britton looks to be the team’s number one guy on the mound this season. The sophomore also has good bat strength.
