Noah Farmer is a sophomore at Frontier High School and is a powerful force on the baseball field.

Farmer, a catcher and pitcher for the Mustangs, has been playing the sport since he was three years old. Making the decision to begin playing baseball was not difficult for Farmer as he picked up baseball because he “thought it would be fun,” and he has played it ever since.

Farmer has grown to become passionate and dedicated to his sport. Baseball has been a big part of Farmer’s life, and he has continued to play because baseball allows him to spend “extra time with [his] friends,” while they work together and push each other to become better athletes and teammates.

Spending much of his life pursuing baseball has allowed Farmer to learn many valuable lessons along the way. He shared that baseball is not always the easiest sport, but it can be very rewarding.

Farmer admits that baseball is a humbling sport, but hardships allow for growth. But in order to grow, it is important to put in effort.

“The harder you work, the more you gain,” he said.

A determined athlete is bound to grow and lead both on and off the field, much like Farmer does.

Although he is only in his second year of high school, Farmer still strives to lead his team. He is an experienced baseball player that has knowledge to share with those around him.

It is clear that Farmer strives to lead by example. His work ethic encourages those around him to “put in extra work,” his genuine attitude towards the sport works to “keep everyone positive,” and the pure enjoyment that he experiences leads everyone “to have fun.”

Farmer is bound to leave a lasting impact on Frontier athletics.
