Glencoe

Q&A with Glencoe’s Bryn Cook – Presented By Stillwater Family Care

VYPE: When and how did you first getn into playing your sport?
Bryn: When I was three years old, my mom started a t-ball team with me and
some friends, and I have been playing ever since.

VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why?
Bryn: My first baseman has left the biggest impression on me. She always has
a light spirit and is never too down when we lose, she always finds a way to get people talking again after a bad game.

VYPE: What is your favorite part about representing your high school as an athlete?
Bryn: I feel proud to be able to wear my school’s name on my jersey knowing I do my best every game.

VYPE: What has been your favorite memory of playing?
Bryn: I don’t have one favorite memory, but tournaments have always been my
favorite thing about playing softball, and my teammates make it much better.

VYPE: What has your sport taught you that you use in your daily life?
Bryn: Softball has taught me to work hard to work with other people.

VYPE: Are you involved in any other activities?
Bryn: I am also involved in the Future Farmers of America, the National
Honor Society, the Student Council, and basketball.

VYPE: What is the best advice that anyone has given you?
Bryn: The best advice anyone has given me would be to pay no mind to people who talk about you and not to you.

VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation, where do you go and who do you take with you?
Bryn: If I could go anywhere for a vacation I would go to Italy, and I would take my boyfriend, best friend, and my mother
