Ponca baseball player Hayden LeClair recently spoke to VYPE about his life.
VYPE: What are your personal goals for the year?
To get closer to god and be the best teammate and player I can be.
VYPE: What is your favorite athletic memory?
Making the football playoffs.
VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why?
Aven Hobbs because he works everyday and goes 110 percent and no matter how he feels about it.
VYPE: What is your favorite part of being on this team?
The bond we have with each other.
VYPE: What Clubs or Campus groups are you involved with and why?
I’m in Student athlete advisory council Where we do community service all year around.
VYPE: What has your sport taught you that you use in your daily life?
To not give up even how hard it gets to keep grinding.
VYPE: What is the best advice that anyone has given you?
Forget the past you can’t change it and to move on.
VYPE: Who inspires you and why?
My brothers Ty and Jace inspired me to be the best I can be and to always go 100 percent and always try and reach my goals.
