Corridor Area Cheer players to Watch – Presented By Hideaway Pizza Stillwater

PLAYERS TO WATCH

Carlie Capps – Bristow 

Carlie is the leader of the team. She is always encouraging everyone to work harder and leads by example. She is an all around great athlete.

Gabbie Dawson – Chandler

Gabbie has been sidelined several times with injuries and she keeps fighting back to be a leader on her team. Through surgeries, she has continued to support all of her teammates and to stay on top of new skills. She is a force as a cheerleader.

Kady Rodman – Depew

Kady is a senior and has been a part of the squad for three years. She is currently the squad captain. She is one of two seniors on the softball team and has been a star on the basketball team for the last three years. She is very dedicated, trustworthy and is open to helping out with any task when asked. 

Olivia Vogele – Drumright

Olivia has stepped into a huge leadership role the past two years. Her dedication and love for the team has earned her the title of captain. Olivia has created multiple sideline dances and works hard when teaching the girls.

Paris Riley – Kellyville

Paris is an all around cheerleader. She has always based. This year she stepped up to fill a  flier position and she has been a natural, pulling off any task she’s given. She has great tumbling skills. Paris is great with crowd involvement, she works the crowd with a smile and is a joy to watch.

Daisy Troxell – Mannford

Daisy came to Mannford her sophomore year. As soon as she started, she immediately fit in, and was a great leader for the team. She is always ready to show up and go above and beyond for her team. If there’s extra duty, she’s the first one to offer to help. Daisy is consistent, and always growing as a cheerleader. 

Kenzie Webb – Wellston

She is a junior this year and is the team captain. She is doing big things this year and has taken lead of the squad. She is dedicated to cheer and is driving this squad to it’s full potential.

UNDERCLASSMEN TO WATCH

Kadence Varner – Bristow

Kadence has stepped up in many ways. She has learned new tumbling and stunt skills this year and looks to have a solid season.

Larami Fenton – Depew

Larami is the only freshman on the squad. Along with cheer, she is also involved with a number of groups around campus. She is an outstanding member of the team.

Peyton Denny – Kellyville

Peyton is new to Kellyville. She comes from a small school and a very small cheer squad.  With instruction and practice, Peyton improves her skills daily.

Alexis Fowble – Wellston

She is just a freshman and earned the spot of co-captain on the squad. She is driven and dedicated to cheer. She is always there to help whenever needed and is always lifting up her fellow cheerleaders.

UNSUNG HERO

Kinzie Williams – Bristow

Kinzie splits her time between cheer and softball. Even though she cannot be at all of the cheer practices she works to make sure she knows her job.

Maddie Vick – Depew

Maddie is a senior and has been a part of the squad for three years. She recently completed basic training and is a Private Second Class in the Army National Guard. She participates in FFA, cheer, and serves as class treasurer, and HOSA at Central Vo-Tech. 

Sara Cox – Kellyville

Sara is a very compassionate person. She truly cares about others and she puts the feelings and success of her team above anything else. Cox is very active volunteering in her church and is involved in their community outreach program that provides food to local families.  

Sara has a big heart and would help anyone.
