Frontier’s Clayton Williams – FFA Spotlight – Presented by OK Ag Credit

Frontier High School baseball player Clayton Williams is a sophomore and is looking forward to competing this season with his teammates.

“What I love most about being on the baseball team is being able to compete with my teammates and see them grow as players and become the best they can be,” said Williams.

Aside from baseball, Williams is a member of the FFA chapter at Frontier High School as well. Having joined FFA in the eighth grade, Williams loves to show animals and serve as an officer in his chapter.

“My parents were the ones who encouraged me to get involved with FFA. What I enjoy most about being in FFA is meeting new people and learning how to be a better leader. I’m involved in land judging, showing, and I am also an officer in the chapter. I show two steers one is a shorthorn and the other is a Chiannia,” said Williams.

Williams said his parents are a big influence in his life.

“My parents have been a big influence on my life because they are always pushing me to do my best at whatever I do, and also my teammates for always having my back on and off the field,” said Williams.

The sophomore said any student wanting to know more about FFA should get involved and be as active as possible.

Williams said he will attend college once he graduates from high school and would like to play baseball at the next level.
