Q&A with Blackwell’s Bree Rowe – Presented By BancFirst

VYPE: What has your sport taught you that you use in your daily life?

Bree: Basketball has taught me to push myself to achieve my goals, and never give up.

VYPE: Why are you passionate about your sport?

Bree: It makes me a better person and I love the game.

VYPE: What is the best advice that anyone has given you?

Bree: Be yourself, stay positive, and treat others as you would want to be treated.

VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why?

Bree: Bostyn Chambers because she’s my best friend and works hard on and off the court. We push each other and she’s a true teammate.

VYPE: What has been your favorite memory of playing?

Bree: My favorite memory is always the van rides, listening to Coach Meador sing Adele.

VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade and why?

Bree: Mrs. O’Donnell because she is an amazing teacher.

VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation, where do you go and who do you take with you?

Bree: I would love to go to Hawaii and I would take my best friend, Bostyn.

VYPE: What is your favorite part of representing your school as an athlete?

Bree: My favorite part is being able to be a part of my high school legacy and representing Blackwell.
