Woodland senior Jackson Rhodes expressed to VYPE his goals for the upcoming season. Sharing “As I enter my senior year my personal goals for the year are to have more tackles than last season. I have had more tackles each year I have played and I hope to continue that trend. I also would like to have a breakout year on offense.”
When asked what his favorite part of being on the football team is Rhodes stated “the effort everyone puts in. It is very encouraging to have everyone around you putting in hard work every day while also having fun.”
Off the field, Rhodes “mows yards for people who can’t and I also help a man at my church carry groceries because he is unable to.” He is also a member of the National Honor Society.
Additionally, when asked to describe his dream vacation Rhodes said “I go to the beach and bring my friends James and Trey. I have always loved the beach and I would love to live near it someday. James and Trey are some of my best buddies and we always have fun together.”
