Morrison

Q&A with Morrison’s Audrey Warriner – Presented By Central Rural Electric Cooperative

VYPE: Who inspires you and why?

Audrey: My grandpa Don, because he always saw the good in people and followed the word of the Lord.

VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade and why?

Audrey: My favorite teacher is probably Mrs. Carr, she always sticks to her opinion and doesn’t care what other people think.

VYPE: What has your sport taught you that you use in your daily life?

Audrey: This sport has taught me to always work hard and treat others with respect.

VYPE: What is your favorite part about being on a team?

Audrey: My favorite part being around the other girls and making bonds I’ll never forget.

VYPE: Why are you passionate about your sport?

Audrey: I am passionate about this sport because it’s fun and helps me make connections and friendships with people.

VYPE: Which professional athlete do you look up to and why?

Audrey: Paddy the Baddy. He’s a really hard worker and also is a mental health advocate.

VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation, where do you go and who do you take with you?

Audrey: I really want to go to Mexico. Just because it’s warm and I love the water. I’d take Kallie Rupp with me because we’d have a blast.

VYPE: Here is your chance to give a shoutout or say thank you to anyone you wish.

Audrey: I want to thank my whole family, especially my dad and my papa Buell. Papa Buell always shows up to the games with his brass horn.

VYPE: What is your favorite part about representing your high school as an athlete?

Audrey: I love being able to show other schools how we gel as a team and become a family during softball.
